Cancellations

When calling or emailing to cancel or reschedule, please confirm within 24 hours of the appointment. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours.

Do you accept insurance?

I accept Aetna, Anthem EAP, Carelon Behavioral Health, Blue Cross/BlueShield, and Cigna.

What payment methods do you accept?

American Express, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and HSA
